Hey babes,
I am a little behind on my blog posts, but better late than never! This was a podcast episode we did at the beginning of the year, but I still wanted to share as this info can be good whenever you want to reset.
Listen to the podcast episode HERE
Habits to start your year off strong
Practicing more gratitude and less complaining
Thinking about the ways you are lucky/blessed, five minute journal, ending day with gratitude
Letting go of what’s not serving you
Easier said than done, but clearing old energy for new energy
Holding on to old energy can create blocks
Doing an audit on the habits/people in your life
Is this making me happy? Is this person bringing me up or down?
You are the sum of the 5 people you surround yourself with!!!
Create a routine for yourself that gets you excited
A morning routine you look forward to
Making a consistent schedule throughout the week that keeps you on track
Specific days for content creation, admin/emails, mental health days
What type of things are you procrastinating on/not looking forward to + how can you fix that?
Outsourcing if necessary (assistant to help with things I don’t have time for, bookkeeper to help me organize/categorize things I don’t understand, courses on coursera to help me understand finances/taxes better)
Focus on energy givers
Moving your body, sunlight, hydration, decluttering, sleep schedule, nourishing foods, meditation, being around good people, being creative, journaling, therapy
Get out of your comfort zone!
Go to events, start creating content on a new platform
Doing things and committing to them helps you build trust, this helps you build confidence
More productive scrolling, less comparative scrolling
